Full Description: This Cajun Cookware griddle is made of a heavy duty cast iron and features an extra large size and dual cooking surfaces. One side of the cast iron griddle has a flat surface with a grease trough, while the other is channeled to drain grease away from your food. Measurements not including handles are 14 x 25, with handles 14 x 28. 1/2 inch thick. 26 lbs. This Cajun Cookware cast iron cookware is pre-seasoned to perfection and ready for use. Cast iron cookware makes for superior heat retention and even heating of foods. Heavy-Duty and durable, designed to last for years. Hand wash with stiff brush and hot water. Cooking with cast iron provides nutritional iron intake.

THE PERFECT CAST IRON PAN
I own a restaurant, and have forever been looking for a large enough cast iron surface for cooking chops & steaks. Nothing beats a cast iron pan for cooking meats, and this is by far, the biggest cast iron grille pan I have ever seen. You can even flip it over to use the cast iron griddle if you need one. It has made my life so much easier. Thanks ! ! ! ! Carol

Fits great across 2 burners.
I needed a griddle for pancakes, to fit more than 3 in a fry pan, and this one was the right size. It fits across 2 burners, and leaves room on to keep them warm in a stack.
