4 Qt Oval Cast Iron Cajun Casserole
If you want to buy this pot for its looks, don't buy it. If you want a good product buy it!!!
I bought this product for my No-Knead-Bread baking, after I had read another review at this webpage for this particular pot and I have can just recommened this Pot, if you like good bread :-). It bakes the most delicious Bread, outside is crispy and inside fluffy, very close to the German bread baked in a bakery. I am German and this is what I was looking for.
Also a very good price for the product you are getting.

4 Qt Oval Cast Iron Cajun Casserole
I purchased this specifically to cook No-Knead bread. It is just the right size and produces a crusty artisan loaf which does not stick to the pan. I have many other cast iron products - all of which I really like to cook with, but this one met this specific need perfectly.
