Great Skillet!
Great for browning meats, poultry, and fish. Additional handle allows easier handling the heavy skillet. Easy clean up using hot water and gently brushing. Dry well and add small amount of shortening to keep surface ready for next job.

Lifetime satisfaction
IF you're unfamiliar with this product you should know that it has a period of breaking in, and you can't quite cook anything in it like with a Teflon pan (for ex. eggs over - you've got to learn the fire setting first, once you got that you're home.) When frying veggies, gotta take it easy, as a general advice, this pan puts out a lot more heat with less fire, and so it is more of a special use pan than a general use type. But I maintain that whatever you cook in it is special.
