For some reason it just makes cornbread better in the ear shaped loaves!

Something fun for the holiday table
Yes, this need to be seasoned and cared for as any cast iron pan but it bakes beautifully. As someone who bakes biscuits and cornbread anyway it's nice to have a decorative shape especially for a holiday table rather than the standard "muffin" shape.

Great little cornbread cooker
I really like this cornbread pan. It's great for making a small amount of cornbread for just my wife and I. Wish it was bigger though as I tend to eat what I cook as soon as it's done.
