Stock pot is constructed from 1. 0 mm, 18 gauge restaurant grade aluminum. The Bayou Classic stock pot dimensions in inches 11 W x 15 1/2 H.

Great Fryer

I got this for my husband for Christmas and he deep fried a Turkey for Christmas dinner. This was one of the inexpensive models but it worked perfectly. Highly recommended.
